| After getting the autonomous status from UGC and functional autonomy for conducting the MBA program from BPUT, the Institute is undertaking annual review on the support provided by the key processes. |
| Recently the institute has introduced the system of receiving complaints and suggestions through suggest box and suggestion books. It is intended that the suggestion book will carry details, like how a query got resolved, within what time, etc. for the purpose of review in future.. A consultative discussion will be made with the respective staff relating to the difficulty experienced in the process and analyze the ways to improve the overall support processes. |
