Examination Pattern & Evalution Process
RCM(A) Colllege, MBA Department, Bhubaneswar, India
 
The MBA program shall consist of following items.
  Theory (Mid & End term tests)
  Practical/Laboratory (including Personality Growth Lab)
  Project (Summer training & Dissertation)
  Seminar
The schedule for these items along with their credit points for each trimester shall be as per rules approved by Academic Council from time to time. At the end of each trimester, there shall be an examination (herein after called End term examination) conducted by the Examination Section of the College.
Evaluation of Theory& Practical Papers for both MBA:
Evaluation of Theory Papers for MBA: The performance of a candidate in a theory subject shall be evaluated based on following components:
Mid-Term examinations 50 points
Mid-Term Class Test 20%
Surprise Test/Short Tests (Two) 10%
Assignments (Min. Two) 10%
Attendance 05%
End Term Examination:
Objective Type 15%
Subject Theoretical 60%
Case Study 25%
Evaluation of Practical Papers and Laboratory Works:
A Laboratory paper shall have minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 assignments/experiments. Minimum score for a Pass in Laboratory work shall be 50 percentage points.
Evaluation of Personality Growth Laboratory:
Personality Growth Laboratory shall be conducted at the end of 3rd trimester out of 100 points for 5 credit hours. The evaluation shall be undertaken by an external examiner from the field along with the internal examiner.
