While students themselves will make career choices, practical advice is available from RCM(A)’s career counsellors. The aim of such guidance is two fold: to make students aware of the wide range of career choices & organizations available and to help them assess their own skill base, personality profile, strengths and weaknesses when making job choices.

| Connecting The best minds : |
To accomplish the goal, a dedicated team is working trough out the session along with the support of faculty members of the college. RCMA has sufficient infrastructure facilities like conference Room and Seminar Hall equipped with projectors, Desktop systems, and laptops in our effort to ensure that students get maximum benefit, students have been involved in the day to day functioning of the concern department. The students have been recruited by some of the leading corporate houses. All efforts are being taken by the concern department to develop good” Industry-Institute” relations. To provide efficient manpower to the corporate the students are motivated and facilities provided to them to develop soft and management skills as per industry requirements.

| Panel discussions : |
| These usually take the form of discussions on careers in specific industries or on issues such as women in business. We usually invite speakers from different corporate and ask them to share their experience with a lively and inspirational audience of participants. |
| Seminars and workshops : |
These represent an excellent opportunity to help develop skills that could eventually benefit you organization. Past topics have included presentation skills, case interview techniques and final interview preparation.
