| Teaching Process: |
| To impart educational program and make it interactive, faculties use multiple approaches such as, lecture sessions, case studies, audio-visuals, trade fairs, and class participation etc. for MBA students. The institute involves internal and external academics and experts from industry (employees) / service sector. It organizes weekly classroom seminars where industry experts are invited to give input in their relevant field of expertise. |
| The faculties also play a proactive role to help the students in the final placement. Past records show that more than 80% of students get suitable jobs before completing their studies. |
| Last but not in the least, RCMA faculty members are encouraged to provide feedback on all aspects related to the institute like students’ performance, management development programs (MDP) & faculty development programs (FDP), mentor system, curriculum and pedagogy, seminars and conferences, internship and projects, cultural events, induction program, research assistance, faculty career development, club activities, alumni meet, placement, educational tours and consulting. This is done through regular faculty meeting. The faculty members can meet the Director regarding any suggestions/ grievances through the Dean. The Dean takes care of all the activities related to faculties. |
