They are in turn connected to a firewall, which is a part of the campus network. All the buildings are connected through OFC cable from the server room. Each building has got a mother switch which is connected to various access point located at convenient locations of the building. Some of the access points are directly in the line of site with the open space of the campus. Hence, wireless connectivity to server and the internet is available throughout the campus.

Features:

  • There are 3 Computer laboratories in RCM with more than 520 desktops and 6 powerful IBM Servers, two fire walls @ 24 Mbps bandwidth from multiple ISPs.
  • The Aryabhata lab is considered to be one of the 5th best labs in the country having 240 desktops under one roof.
  • Licensed software including anti-virus is loaded on all the system for smooth operation.
